NFO wings pls, winged April 1988 VSQ 320

I know 1988 is along tome ago but VSQ 320 (squadron) is Royal Netherlands Navy, but the government decided to sell our P-3's to 'ze Germans' in 2006 and even they retired them recently and transitioning to the P-8.
