Accessing SF-86 for OCS Application

Hello all, has anyone been able to retrieve their SF-86 security form for their OCS application? I received feedback that I need to submit my SF-86 along with my package. If anyone has recently gained access to their previous SF-86 please let me know how you went about it.

I don't believe the actual form SF-86 is used anymore - you will compete eQIP that will generate the SF-86. Save your eQIP transcript when prompted.
