And then you'll get a letter in the mail asking you to send in the recoil springs. I was considering buying an Akins :-( Sucks that they were all recalled.

And it works !!! W/ minimal effort !!! I've only had @ a 50% success rate w/ most firearms and less than 10% when shooting from the shoulder.

The only 'real' problem is it has no provision for a sling attaching point -- and if you've already mounted a sling attach point between the end of the receiver and the buffer-tube castle nut, you are S.O.L. and must remove the sling attaching point, as it's NOT compatible w/ this 'bump part' ...

Still ... a LOT of fun.

When's the last time you say a guy leave the driving range @ the golf course w/ a smile on his face ... ???

The owner of the gun club I shoot at walked over to me today as I was putting stuff away and he had one of these. I asked him to show me it firing and it was pretty cool. He emptied what he had left in his mag and unfortunately I didn't have a full one handy so I didn't get to shoot, but it did look like it would put a smile on your face.
