I think someone in my unit got pilot with 5-6-5. NFO is generally easier to be accepted into due to a lack of people who want to get in. Keep in mind that a lot of other factors go into your whole package - the guy in my unit had a high GPA due to an easier major than what most of us at AU take, and he wasn't horrible at PT either.

Anyway, I would retake the ASTB if I were you, especially while it's still in the "old version." The ASTB is 60% of your package to get in, I believe.

I know dudes who got in with lower scores. But striving for the minimum isn't probably going to get you far. I'd take it again.

The idea with your selection package is to not blend in or be average, but to stand out.
