:DGood Evening Everybody:

I am currently looking for a new roommate to share a nice room on the 3rd floor at the Snug Harbour condominium complex. The room is approximately 25ft x 30 ft. Includes bed, dresser and lamp. The complex itself contains two bathrooms, a fully furnished kitchen and living room, a washer and dryer, a balcony with table and chairs, and access to two pools (indoor and outdoor), a boat dock, a workout room, and a steam bath. Will be sharing with two male roommates (both military officers) who are excellent cooks, friendly people, and who know the area very well. (What more can you ask for?:icon_smil)

The rent is $400 a month. Utilities are generally only $30 additional. Will require a security deposit of $433 upon arrival. This is REFUNDABLE when you leave. The lease also has a military contract clause.
