Well, end of the following week would be basically mid September, and weirdly close to your 2 month prediction. That being said, I fully expect nothing this week

Results will come (I think...), and whether it's this week or next week or in a month, the decisions+ship dates won't change. Trying to be zen about it.

You will know definitively if you were selected or not.. So not hearing anything still means you're under review. For IWC boards they hold separate committees for each designator.. so it'll be released in chunks. For e.g., INTEL could be the first batch, then Cryppies, etc.So apparently SWO-O was my main designator according to my recruiter. But he still hasn't seen anything. Not sure what this means at this point

Ideally yes, unfortunately that isn't the case, there have been many circumstances where a person is declined and the recruiter will just ghost the applicant, I worked with a few people that were like that, I had some candidates reach out to me months after the results were released and they were just never told.
Sounds like my recruiter… there’s a story to be told on how I ended up on a submarine!

Oh wow. Hopefully not the case here—horrible practice on the Recruiters part if true. I always assumed you HAD to deliver the news good or bad..
