Y’all are awesome. Remember all the cool stuff you’ve already accomplished and know that you can do big things in life with or without the Navy. I’m sure that part of being an officer will require waiting on more serious things than this as well as helping the sailors under you to be patient and understanding as well.

One thought I’ve had recently is flipping the thinking: Today the Navy has the opportunity to call me and change its future if it wants. I’ll keep on doing my thing in the meantime.

Oh wow! I was starting to write this before the PRORECY post hit and was in the dark finishing it. Now it feels a little unnecessary. Let’s go!
 
Friendly reminder to input/update your info the the spreadsheet if you're posting or lurking in this thread! It's a benefit to future applicants to get a reasonable idea of how they stack up against prior applicants. Crossing my fingers for all fellow applicants boarding INTEL! Let's hope results don't his us three weeks later like they did for last August's board...

Oh, and CONGRATS to those who got their PROREC-Y today! For those who didn't, better luck next time or with whatever you're doing in the future instead.
