That’s completely wild. I wish recruiters got reviews that went towards their evals. Maybe then we’d have a better recruiting force instead of just numbers

My OG recruiter spoiled me. Even if she didn't reply same day, she'd usually at least answer at some point or other so I knew she was at least working in the background. While she's been on leave, I've literally gotten 0 updates, and only one reply that just said "copy thanks"
