29JUNE2026 IWC Board

Anybody doing anything fun while we wait for results? I decided to sign up for a rowing camp, a triathlon, and started marathon training. I also jumped off of a 10m high dive, pretty fun ngl.
 
I got into the DLI intermediate class so I'm just living my best student life til around Thanksgiving. If all goes well, thats another free BA for me haha

Yeah, im currently an AD linguist. I had tried to get into this class for 5 years. I'm hoping when results get back (and if I get the blessing from the powers that be) that I won't have to disenroll from the course immediately.
 
Wife and I got into our first home this year (family owned home we didn’t purchase) and have done lots of DIY and clean up cause no one has ever lived in it since her grandpa built it years ago. Finally watching game of thrones. I live near Virginia Beach (next to Naval Station Norfolk if you’re unfamiliar) so doing some surfing this summer, much more than I have in the last two years
 
Idk about yall but I stress so much about this that I end up staying up hella late just ruminating. I ended up changing the layout of my whole room like 4 times cuz my brain started thinking of my bed as the place where we stress out about it lol.

Why stress? We've still got two months of waiting left ;)

Knowing that the IWC has terrible turnaround times has actually been a major relief--if I were in that SNA/SNFO thread, I'd be freaking out, especially since their ISEL applicants heard back like a week ago.

I am in the SNA/SNFO thread. I am freaking out! I’m glad you made peace with the wait.

It’s tough cause we do all the work to study for the test and getting through medical and gathering anything else we need and then we apply and suddenly just gotta sit around and wait.

I know how that is 😬 I was shooting for SNA but never got medically approved. Waiting 5 months after doing a flight physical and heard nothing back so switched to Intel instead

Dude, I’ve been stressing since I took my OAR. When I got my score I realized I actually had a shot.
