26 yr. old at OCS, too OLD?

Assuming everything works out w/ my waiver, I'll be a 31 year old SNA, and I don't give a damn if anyone thinks it's unusual.
 
I don't know if OPNAV trumps MILPERSMAN (not that it really matters as long as the right person signs off on it). Good luck with the waiver.

The waiver isn't for my age though, I've already got that one. Need a waiver for a LOC ten years ago.
 
That MILPERSMAN is from 2002. If there is a newer one it might have different info.
