I read on the past board results the boards can last a few days to review all the applications.

It is fast, the time is taken trying to plug in OCS dates, it also depends on if the board members can dedicate the entire day to this as this isn't like promotion boards. In general they would spend a minute or so on each application, Supply and IWC look for different things so they take longer.

If it started on time, the board date is set far in advance so it is an estimation, it can start on that date, after, or a little before and the only ones that know would be the board members.

That is the best thing to look at, it wouldn't surprise me if they looked at the score printout to make sure the apsr is correct, but the review should have caught any errors

I think it's the form that's kind of like a resume sheet with scores, flight exp, motivational statement, work history, language proficiencies, etc.

Nobody knows but I posted the OCS dates for nfos and snas in one of my previous comments. It's from the Nov board so use that info as you see fit.
