Quota for NFO is 79. And no it doesn't matter to any of you. Here is what matters. Just about half are gone already!! Barely 40 spots left for the year. There is no gaming the system. The day you are eligible you should apply. Waste no time. When the program is full there is no more. You may have to wait weeks before they can recruit "out year". That means a '08 quota. Apply early and apply often (to twist a phase from the first Mayor Daley).

Did I say apply now? So why are some of you still sitting on your a$$?
