Yep. BDCP was good times. I was in Dallas as a single E-3 getting $750 a month in BAH which at the time had me living in an awesome luxury apartment off of a golf course and still pocketing some cash. BDCP = all the benefits (and more) of active-duty enlisted without any of the crap. AKA best legal scam out there.

Edit: The reason that I was able to live so large is that I was living in Fort Worth while the recruiting station was in Dallas. So even though Fort Worth BAH is over $100 less than Dallas, that's what I pulled in.

When I first heard about BDCP, I thought it was too good to be true, like anyone would. However after doing the research and finding out EXACTLY what my obligations are, and being ok with it, it is truly this good. Just living the dream, man. Just living the dream:icon_smil
