I am a SNA and have been here for about a month looking for that perfect condo. I will be picking up the rent on a 2000+sf condo in Harbour Pointe, less than 5 minutes out the back gate (154 Ethel Wingate Dr), and I am looking for 2 roommates to share it. The place is much larger than the 3/3's in Snug Harbour (and especially the 3/2's).
The unit has two large master bedrooms (one of which is up for offer) and one normal-sized bedroom. Each room has its own bathroom. Unit also has an extra room which can be used as storage or an office. It is fully furnished, but one room has bunkbeds (i can see the posts now) and the other has two twin beds. Obviously, we would move the bunkbeds out and one of the twins to the other room, but if you have your own bed...even better. Kitchen, living room, and dining rooms are fully furnished. Water, trash, and cable are included and electricity will be split evenly. Rent is split by the room you occupy: $500 for the third bedroom and $575 for the 2nd master. Everything will be available around the 29rd of August.
