Had a roommate move out a while back (P-3's) and a current roommate who's moving out sometime probably in April (E-2's). We have a 4 bedroom, 3 bath house located ~3 miles from the back gate. I'm waiting on VT-86 and my other roommate is about to get done with Intermediate.
Rent is $1250 + utils, which usually runs ~$1700/month. Divided by 4 people it's usually around the mid $400's. Not too shabby. Quiet neighborhood, 2-car garage, and decently sized bedrooms. We've already got the 55" SXRD tele, a couple of XBOX360's and a PS3, so what else ya need? :icon_wink
