2 rooms open in 5 bedroom house in Perdido Key.
Fully furnished, 3 balconies, boat dock (my boat is currently in the slip), across the street from the beach and walking distance to the Florabama.
One of the rooms has it's own full bath and the other shares a full bath with another room ("jack-and-Jill" type set-up).
Right now it's all SNFO's staying here. 2 of us are in API, one is about to start primary.
It's about a 20min drive from the house to the API building's parking lot.
Rent is $370/month when all rooms are filled.
Weekends are fun, but we maintain a good study atmosphere.
