I have a 2 bed 2 1/2 bath townhouse for rent in beautiful southside Jacksonville which is 15 minutes from NAS Jax and 35 minutes to Cecil Field. It has a tiled florida room and a spacious 1 car garage for plenty of storage. I am looking for $1200 for rent but will be glad to negotiate. This will be available in June or July of 2010 but possibly earlier. The community in Bartram Park has numerous ammenities such as a workout facility and a swimming pool.
