Available December 10th.
I'm looking to rent out my condo up here while I'm down in Pensacola doing the Pilot to NFO transition. It's about 720 square feet, 840 if you count the attached 1 car garage. Kitchen has a dishwasher, disposal, range, oven, and a fridge with icemaker. All appliances are about 2 years old (brand new when I moved in.) Living room has a wood fireplace as well as 2-year-old laminate flooring and paint. Bath has been repainted with new linen closet doors. All doors have been replaced, with solid core ones between the living room, bedroom, and bath. Washer and dryer in the garage can stay if you need them.
Outside, the front door, garage door, and associated trim were freshly painted this past year. The back patio has added edging and new ferns planted surrounding it. The surrounding landscaping acts as a natural fence for privacy.
Pics forthcoming after I finish cleaning up. I'm trying to open this up for short term rental (8-12 months); if you're a Marine checking into 129 or in a similar situation, this could be the place you're looking for. if you're PCSing up here for 3 years, you may want to look elsewhere. I'm hoping to move back in if/when I get back from Pensacola, or shortly after, but if I get sent somewhere else, I'm looking to sell the place if it becomes vacant.
