Doesn't matter if it is "just me". It's called not being hypocritical.

But that is a concept foreign to many on this site.

I will admit I knew there would be disagreement with the list and controversy but this didn't start as trolling. I post a list of observations that I received and that I mostly agree with, and that most of my friends and acquaintances agree with. It was posted it on other sites I go to (military, boating and airline) without the wild outrage and venom it received here.

Before anyone once again goes off on the old man kick - many of my friends and acquaintances including current college students (my daughter is a senior) and recent grads, current active duty military JOs and senior officers, former military of all ranks, airline pilots ranging from their late 20s to their 60s, civilians who never were in the military, etc. Guess what? Some are even gay! (Impossible not too now days.) Quite a cross section of society. Those that did not agree with it sure didn't get all butt hurt like here.

For all the spouting of liberal ideas here, this place sure is opinionated and intolerant - which is why many of you see this as trolling. But than the biggest hypocrites never recognize this sort of thing.
