Masters degree is not a hard-line requirement when you have other compelling qualifications, which it seems the OP does indeed have for DCO select purposes.
My comment is in reference to people on these threads who say you need a masters degree

Well, if people have no other tangible qualifications, then yes, they would need a Master's. I hope to heck officer recruiters are not telling people this nonsense: that is, a Master's is necessary versus sufficient.

Form what i remembered you had very minimal IWC experience and a low UG GPA - so yes getting a masters is essentially needed for you.

I had an applicant without a masters get selected from this board. But he was a reserve ISC with a ton of experience and leadership which helped out a ton.

Correct I am a prior active duty Operations Specialist. I'm currently a government contractor. I've done all I can. Guess will find out next week

For those of us who haven't heard anything yet, should we take that as probably not selected or is there a chance our recruiters havent had the opportunity to see/deliver results?

My assumption is that a lot of people probably didn't see the list on Friday and haven't checked over the weekend.

Yeah, my OR said he didn’t see the results and wouldn’t be able to check until Monday. I’m hoping I hear something tomorrow, or early Tuesday at the absolute latest.

Tell him/her to check the NRC sharepoint, in particular Reserve Genoff Programs and “board results”. They’re there.
