Hey Neo, here's a link to the IP Community Manager. According to this, most of the IP officers come from lateral transfers, but they accept some from Direct Commission programs. They specifically list Naval Academy and ROTC, but OCS is not listed. Don't know if this is policy, or just on oversight on the webpage. Your detailer could probably get an answer from the Comm. Mgr. on that.
