It's the interview for your security clearance
Interesting. I was cleared for SF-86 but I was never reached out to for a direct interview. Went through the process almost a year ago now
I did the NASIS stuff but never heard of a interview I had to do
I think there’s an interview for a top secret (TSSC). But I’m unsure if you go for top secret right away. You definitely do for flight school tho.

I think if you have a gpa higher than 3.0 you don’t need an interview. That’s what I read somewhere

Wait how did you know ur cleared? I did my interview back in February after submitting it around early October and then a week after my investigator called one of my references and then that’s it lol haven’t heard back since so I assume I’m probably in the clear at least on the DoD side? The navy side they submit another one I think.
