15 SEP2025 SNA/SNFO BOARD

Our situations may be different, but my recruiter sent me the same screenshot saying the same thing “139000 at a pro board” but I’m not on the at-board list apparently. Are you?
Just heard back from my recruiter same here as you he said the system shows that I am Pro Rec No for I-Sel which was a couple months ago (for the weed experiementation) but I am at a board that's convening TODAY; he mentioned that I am indeed not on the at-board list which he said it's weird that it's not synced and updated. He did say he's still not sure what's going on now and he's literally finding out more about everything and will be on a call with his boss tmr to try and confirm more things; he haven't guaranteed me that what the system is showing is correct because he is trying to find out whether the at board list is wrong or the system. It just seems he is genuinely confused too as to what's going on because according to him there's no written confirmations from the aviation community and they seem to be doing their own things and only transmitting information through word of mouth? Hopefully this is all just lack of information and slow dissemination leading to all the confusion and we are still at board and on track as normal!!

How much weed experimentation? I told my recruiter I've smoked once in my life 4 years ago. He said it wouldn't affect my ISEL package. I didn't think weed was an issue.

Oh have I got news for you lmao, basically the same thing as you and also Corvette, both of our recruiters assured us that it wouldn't be a problem but it def were and we got pushed back to regular board instead. We've talked about this quite a bit in this thread but it boils down to any weed use, waiver incurring or not (we both have no waivers and <10 times experimentation), is disqualifying for I-Sel. Your packet will make it there alright but they'll just send you to regular board once they review it. So my suggestion is go regular board if it saves you time, but if not go I-Sel anyways it'll put you in the next board automatically.

Yeah that sucks to hear.

My recruiter also told me I would make this board, the one that convenes Sept 19th (if that day is even correct idk). He wants to submit my ISEL package tomorrow. So you're saying I'd get pushed to the November board?

Thanks AOA, I also confirmed with my recruiter a while back if I was at board and he sent me a screenshot showing my name and the status reading "On a Pro Board" With the designation reading "139000" which Im assuming is just 1390 or SNA. I also submitted relatively early.
139000 is just the code for a pilot applicant. 1390 is the actual designation for SNA

The board umm convenes today lol, deadline for regular NRC OCS applications was 8/15 and unless something changed it should've convened today (even on the system it says convenes today when my recruiter checked my at-board status an hour ago). But if your I-Sel is ready to go then yeah submit it and once they bounce it back you'll be rolled into whenever the next board is, November it seems for this case! You do run a very slight risk of I-Sel not being reviewed immediately for whatever reason and they won't find out and roll you to the November board in time...

My recruiter was saying there's the sept 15th deadline, but they don't actually convene until the 19th. He said I can submit my non-ISEL package a day late and it would be fine. It doesn't seem like he knows his shit though, not sure if I should trust him on it.

Maybe yeah I wouldn't know too but regardless submitting it now isn't a bad thing! It'll work out either way, submitting the earlier the better. I remember someone on here talking about making the May board after convene date and still got selected.

Good luck to all!!!!!
May the force be with you! maybe we will all become Tie Fighter Pilots one day B)

also for those AD that submitted their own package, does our TRIAD get notified or its just a check on BOL?
Just check BOL. For some reason this program isn’t like promotions where results are very public. (Probably cus SNA/SNFOs drop life flys in special physicals, academics, and G-force training)
