I wouldn't stress too much about this. Someone here reckoned that this will be a 100% selection, if not, at least a 90%.

If I'm reading the program authorization correctly, it's something you'd apply for when submitting your application to the board. So it's probably too late now since your application has already been reviewed.

But don't take my word for it.
