Just got my FS for this class too! I was one of the Sep '10 board pro-rec's who got cut. I've been in final select purgatory for over a year - I can't believe I'm finally going! Looking forward to meeting everyone!

Hi Pilot Paul, I'm swearing in at NAS Whidbey because is closer to where I live. I live in Bellingham, WA. I'm originally from Whidbey and my folks still live there. I noticed your pic - are you from Whidbey as well?

Woah, I didn't know you could swear in on base! Who are you doing it with? Yeah I live in Oak Harbor and work as a flight instructor at the NAS.

Yeah, I was surprised myself because my recruiter told me at first that I was going to swear-in in Seattle, but then he changed it up on me, which is convenient. I'll be swearing in at the NOSC building on base. PM me if you want the name and number.

Awesome! I'll probably still go down to Seattle for it since it is already scheduled. Thanks though! No I'm not from Oak Harbor originally. This is just the only place I could get a job flying after school. But if I hadn't come up here I never would have gone for the the Navy! So I'm really glad I wound up coming up to OH.

I got the class date over the phone when my COC called today, the OCS help desk gave them the date 12 Feb... They said orders would be cut next week!!!

Glad I saw this thread. I got my letter with Feb 19 on it back in July.. A call to my recruiter confirmed that 12 it is!
