I-SEL is an OAR of 50 for SWO. They had a 47. Maybe their recruiter knows someone in NRC I have no idea lol.

There are people that will put they were selected and they really weren't, maybe the person is real maybe not. The SWO PA also changed a few months back so if the ISEL criteria was not 50 OAR at the time they fall under the PA at the time of application.

Yeah I looked at the one as of June 2025–still 50. That’s also true. I’ve seen that happen a few times.

I am not sure what the one was prior to that if it was 50 or less than that.
