Nice! Well thanks for sharing and congrats but this doesn’t show anyone much since you hit the marks and got accepted. Curious when is your OCS date??

Did you happen to submit for the 13JAN25 board? I know it says closed, but I was ensured by NRC that Active duty would still be considered.

No I didn’t get to. I applied originally for the 04 Nov 2024 board so my application was still pending when the deadline passed. So I submitted a reconsideration for this upcoming 03 March 2025 board. Maybe they convened late and took some of the applications from the 17 Jan 2025 board😎

Gotcha, I'm starting to regret my decision to not wait for this board. Considering the quota flood gates will be wide open. Our stats are identical, doesn't make me hopeful considering you weren't picked up last time. Only trick I have in my bag is a LOR from a 2 star.

What do you mean the quota flood gates? I truly believe the only reason I didn’t get selected in Nov is because I had one O4 appraisal, my write ups were all geared towards AMDO, and Supply was my second choice. This time I have 5 SC appraisals, application is geared for Supply and it’s my first and only choice.
 
Here is the currently updated Spreadsheet with some of the applicant’s information included. The link is editable. I do plan on adjusting the spreadsheet to include a waiver slot, averages for waivers and a separate BDCP application averages chart. There will also be an additional “BDCP applicant” option.

I was just assuming the selection rate would be higher because it’s the first look at FY26.

All the SC appraisals are impressive, wishing you the best of luck!!

Yeah hopefully that’s the case! Would love to get selected this upcoming board and start my career.

It isn't they spread the numbers across all boards, the variable is how many apply.
