ASTB and GPA is all that matters, it is about a minute per application. The board sees nothing medical.out of curiosity, does anyone know what the board looks at?
since the APSR is a summary of your education, experience, motivational statement, and OAR/ASTB do they just look at that?
do they look over the whole SF86 and medical records? waivers? I heard they only take 5-10minutes per candidate, so I was curious.
my question was more about what they physically look at, not that it directly affects me. Was curious about how the board literally looks at your documentation. Perhaps the question was too niche.ASTB and GPA is all that matters, it is about a minute per application. The board sees nothing medical.
