03 NOV 2025, SNA/SNFO BOARD

Regarding TBAS, I only got up to a 68 for tracking and still scored a 9 on the PFAR. Felt very prepared for the ASTB.
 
im so bummed out man. my recruiter didnt tell me any of his internal deadlines for civillian processing so I cant even apply for this board.

From my understanding BDCP applicants are screened in conjunction with Navy OCS. With the delay in street applications, how might that affect when we might hear a decision for BDCP? Could it possibly be a shorter wait period since theres only a handful of applicants at board compared to what it could have been?
 
out of curiosity, does anyone know what the board looks at?

since the APSR is a summary of your education, experience, motivational statement, and OAR/ASTB do they just look at that?
do they look over the whole SF86 and medical records? waivers? I heard they only take 5-10minutes per candidate, so I was curious.

ASTB and GPA is all that matters, it is about a minute per application. The board sees nothing medical.

my question was more about what they physically look at, not that it directly affects me. Was curious about how the board literally looks at your documentation. Perhaps the question was too niche.
