When I saw that, I cringed, like who did we get to proofread this? F-ing up an apostrophe is a very Army thing to do.

Probably a chief. Most of the chiefs I worked with, even some of the chiefs that I thought were otherwise great, sent me numerous evals with blatant typos and awkward wording.

A terrible admin tool shouldn't be updated because it is actually an officer screening tool? I'm not sure if you're joking and even if YOU were joking I'm not sure if other people aren't.

I once came across an LDO whose emails routinely looked like they were written by a fourth-grader. From a commissioned officer, it was seriously embarrassing.
