That’s badass. I did mine on G-1000 but my instructor at the time made sure did “green needle” VOR stuff for unpublished holds and all that 6 pack stuff. His philosophy was also to crash out if I did anything wrong. The flying in instrument is awesome. The ground stuff is incredibly annoying to memorize but it’s actual ground knowledge that’s applicable to flying for once. I got approval to do my instrument before time building since I’m 141 so I had to learn the avionics and instrument stuff once. If my dumbass could do it, it’ll be no sweat for you
