i assumed i was until the actual ISELs started getting calls a week ago, i asked my recruiter as to whether i was actually ISEL and they said they didn't know

There’s someone in the spreadsheet with a 6/7/6 and was picked up as an ISEL. How does that even work? I thought it was 7s across the board.
