If I’m correct it’s much more sensitive for the nuke pipeline. You’ll be able to take home most of what you need until you start training in fleet aircraft. There’s obviously still limits to what you can post online in a quizlet tho lmaooo, OPSEC is still a thing.

As far as NIFE, primary, and advanced are concerned, your issued ipad is yours to hold on to until it’s time to move on to the next thing. You can’t connect to public wifi networks, but you can use a private one; the coffee shop I went to in advanced had a password-protected network so I was able to flight plan there
