01JUN26 SNA/SNFO board

Didn’t this also happen last September? If I remember correctly a small handful of ISELs heard back early with good news and a few of them were even told they were rolled in with the regular board.

Jesus, why would they roll ISEL into the regular board? That doesn’t even seem possible with the program authorizations clearly laying out the process.

Sort of. The majority heard back a week prior to the board convening date and those rejected from I-SEL were notified that they were rolled to the regular board. There were a couple of I-SELs who heard back 2 weeks after the board convened.

Drug use, criminal history, speeding tickets. Moral stuff mostly.

What a way for big Navy to give us all a heart attack late on a Friday afternoon for absolutely no reason whatsoever 😅.

Oh I see. I thought they meant “meh, because we had too many ISEL” or something dumb

That’s much more reasonable

Same thing happened in the March Board I was in. A bunch of Priors got notice 2 weeks before I got my results. Everyone was freaking out, but it was just ISPP's being selected.

I spoke with my recruiter today to sign some paperwork he checked and said only ISEL was reviewed and regular applicants haven’t been reviewed yet. He said this is the first board since September 25 to accept regular applicants and there are hundreds of applicants this time. Also told me to expect January date for ocs but could be moved to an earlier class if there is availability.
