It's got pretty colors. (I just ripped one of the older ones that worked, and just didn't bother trying to fix whatever type of nightmare was made on the current spreadsheet form)

Even better when someone makes some ungodly edit and doesn’t revert it back to what it should look like (speaking from my experience as impromptu board sheet moderator)
