01JUN26 SNA/SNFO board

Just spoke with my Recruiter, I go in next week to sign some paperwork. 45 days out, I can expect to come back in, do the final PT test, and swear in. No OCS date yet.
 
So has anyone heard anything else about the supposed 80ish selected out of 242? Im still torn between selection bias or the number is wrong

If they're legitimately planning on splitting up selections across all boards for this FY then that number honestly doesn't sound too far off. Then again RecruitingGuru has said things never go according to plan so take that with a grain of salt

i envy you off the street guys and gals that have a recruiter. us active duty folks submitted our packages via email and are in limbo with no one to ask or annoy for updates 🥸 we are the the mercy of Navy communication (it's not very good)

My recruiter hasn’t responded when I asked her about qpride so I wouldn’t worry about it.

Sorry @elariosa95 you might be too busy dropping 'pedoes so I'll take this one.

When I did NIFE in 2024 we did the basic swim qual stuff (treading water, mile in a flightsuit, etc.) while waiting in student pool before classing-up. Then at the very end of NIFE, after the Cessna flights, we did "Physio" which consists of the helo dunker and more intricate swim stuff led by swim rescue guys plus some land based stuff, hypoxia training, etc.
