Those of us that have talked and known prior board members know about this, now it doesn't apply to other designators, SWO can be quick too, but IWC and CEC often can take several days.

I figured out the time based on the number of applications and it is about a minute per application at best.

Someone also mentioned earlier in the thread that now they're figuring out OCS dates for the pro rec y's before publishing results. Hence september and this board have had longer wait times than we saw before

Some people get extensions to make sure their package is squared away (I had to ask for one). Though it only went a couple days past the deadline. Past that, probably just making sure paperwork is in order on both sides.

Frequenting the local bars, obviously. If I was staring at paperwork all day like that and realizing you are killing some people's dreams, I'd definitely wanna feel better next to a beer
