A4s Your Wait Is Over - HK 416/417 Coming To Civ US Market

I think it depends on the state. My buddy hunts with his CETME 91 clone. I dont know all the game laws in Texas, so he might be doing something very illegal.

    Changes in NROTC

This issue has been discussed before. But think about it this way, when you paid for college did you do 4 years of extracurricular in the form of NROTC? Or give up parts of your summer for Mountain Warfare or other cruise activities. NROTC might seem a bit lax when compared to the 13 weeks...

    Changes in NROTC

Again to clarify: Yes you MAY be allowed to repay, however NSTC 1533/5 clearly states that the SECNAV may elect at his pleasure to have you serve enlisted time instead. Most if not all attrites from the NROTC program recently have been given the repayment option. The opportunity to...

Available might not have been the best word to use. I feel your pain A4s, but its probably good that they are all out of stock. Though it would be useful when the dead begin to rise I probably dont need to be dropping that sort of coin on a REC7 upper at this point. Man I would like to though.

    Changes in NROTC

Change in the current practice/status quo: YES. Change in the agreement: unequivocal NO. The agreement already states that at the pleasure of the SECNAV you will be sent to the enlisted fleet. No change in the agreement.

    Changes in NROTC

It's relevant because IF the Navy has decided to have people serve enlisted time they haven't changed any policy. They have just elected to execute one part of the aforementioned agreement in lieu of another.

Doesn't matter if its a good idea or bad idea it's been a possibility since you have been in the program. Good think you didn't read the fine print. Interesting that seemingly no one has read the terms of the Scholarship Service agreement which is maintained in your student file, and then...

Taurus was already addressed in another thread as being crap. I could be wrong but my guess is that MB wouldn't be in the market for a Taurus unless 98% of the other gun manufactures had gone out of business.

    De-mistifying BUPERS

It looks like PERS 9 handles reserves now. PERS 49 isn't on the PERS code list. @ nittany03 If NPC and BUPERS are the same why does the website not maintain continuity with the new name? For instance in the link provided by HH BUPERS and NPC are referred to as though they are not the same thing.

    De-mistifying BUPERS

Thanks for the link. That could have been very useful yesterday. The resulting question is: NPC codes are fairly self explainitory once looking at the NPC Code List, however I'm still unclear about the relationship between BUPERS and NPC. Is NPC directly subordinate to BUPERS? Are they...

    De-mistifying BUPERS

Thats true, but it doesnt list everything. For instance there is information in my packet that needs to go to PERS 802 and PERS 311c (which is different than PERS 311?). Those organizations arent listed in the drop down menues or anywhere else I have seen. They are referred to in lots of...

I will, without reserve. I dont like Taurus one bit. They are poorly made guns in my opinion and a picky when it comes to ammo. Some have said a .22LR is a good starter gun. I would agree, the sig posted above in .22lr is a nice looking gun that would be cheap to shoot. Also consider a...
