Tell me about it I have been swimming a mile 3x a week running 4 miles 3x a week while doing P90X and doing push up/sit-up intervals adding to 150 push ups and 300 sit ups a day. And I increase everything each week.

Also I heard there is really no swimming outside the 3rd class sw test.

I swim 1 mile (64 laps) Monday Wednesday Friday and I run 4 miles Tuesday Thursday and Friday on top of doing P90X. I also increase my swim and run by 1/2 a mile each week while getting in 150 push-ups and 300 abdominal excersices in too.

Oh I couldn't lol that would irritate me even more. Besides I work in the sun don't want a face tan line!

I wonder how many people apply then don't actually accept their offer due to waiting and possibly getting new jobs.

Chances...50/50 selected or not selected. As for 90% selection rate that is the word but personally I am expecting a competitive board.

It takes months for a FS letter if your not PQ'd by N3M or don't have your BI opened. My processor made sure both were done before I submitted and said if I am selected I should get a FS soon after cause of my PQ and opened BI.

For Non-AD guys you can just call your processor and they can tell you everything. At least that is what mine did.

It's a 10 year commitment ~2 years to get winged and then 8 years after winging. Gotta pay back on the investment they made on you to become a NA.

I can attest to this. My recruiter never once mentioned a pilots service commitment after being winged. Then again I did a lot of research so I already knew.
