Birdman, That seems to be the case, after you wait your 3-6 months (depending on your diopters before surgery) and that is after of course the famous ASTB test. Ptrick

Kent sorry can't answer your Q, but have one for you. Any advice for the ASTB. I'm a CFII, but weak in math. What did you study and what would you do different.

Just an opinion .......If no incision was made to the eye ball you will be fine. Reason I say PRK is now being accepted if unfamiliar similar to Lasik. You hasve no problems in my EYES.........later Patrick
