    I'm at the "CSO" campus in San Antonio for a second instructor tour. The Air Farce is planning to build two hangars, and if I remember correctly from the last brief a CSO dorm in P'cola. I believe the plan is to break ground after Oct 1st. The Navy should figure out a way to get some money...
