When you say pulled your designator...do you mean FNAEB and loss of wings? You are a 1310/5 unless you transition to another community or lost your wings... I would think it would take a lot more than not making HAC to lose your wings...usually requires flathatting or similar to lose them 100%.

I saw a clip on the alexparksinn web site about an F-14 mishap..completely wrong description from an "expert air traffic control petty officer"...mixed up aircrews and mishaps. Total BS description. I e-mailed the site to correct it and never heard back or saw a change.

If you go ROTC...you can get an inexpensive MS or MBA on the Navy. That can work out to be a good deal in the future when job searching.
