That is not true. They are having August boards for both of those as I'm one of the applicants on them. The FY 09 ended on July 5th and FY 10 started them. So Sooner is right, all people selected after that are going to be FY 10 selectees, even though they'll prob be going to OCS Fall 2009 still.
