Wanted to close the loop on this. Turns out a helo assisted start is a wives tale. I'm kinda bummed about that as I always thought that was a cool way to possibly start a ship.
They flew over a huffer cart but couldn't get adequate air pressure for a start. In the end they used DC equipment, EBAC's to fill SCBA bottles which were used to fill the air flasks, one at a time. No idea how long that took but thats what they did. The batteries for the no break power supply for each GTG were dead so they took those to another ship to charge as well.
