Just took ASTB 48 5/6/7. I goofed on the PBM during the stick and throttle with the listening portion. I took too much time in the reading section. I am a prior with a 3.7 GPA in Aviaiton Maintenance. I have my A&P certificate. All endorsements are by O4 and above and have an LOR from the general of the Air Force (I work on his personal aircraft). Do you guys think I have a good chance for SNA for September board?
Your ASTB is the most important thing, LOR's don't matter for aviation they are looking for the best indication of getting through the pipeline and that is the ASTB.

Since you are currently USN AD look at the PA for the ISPP, that just requires min scores and if you require no waivers that would be the way to go.

I don’t need any kind of waiver. I’m above all minimums, but not qualifier for immediate selection. My only choice right now is to let those scores ride. My EAOS is before the next application date and I’m not going to let them sucker me into reenlisting. You think I have a shot at getting selected this board?

Not ISEL, ISPP, they are different programs.

How soon is your EAOS.

Just finished using AntiMicroX to map the controls to my keyboard for the Jantzen test. Anyone know why the control inputs still do not register on the website even though I have the application running in the background? Thanks.

Hello all,

I took my ASTB today and flunked the OAR section.
OAR: 41
AQR: 4
PFAR: 7
FOFAR: 6
LPSS: 62

However I am applying for SNA/SNFO through the URL ISPP and not traditional means. I meet all other criteria in the URL ISPP PA with no waivers. While I know my OAR and AQR are dogwater, is it still worth retaking with a qualifying score, or should I proceed with the URL ISPP application?

Do you need to do the pFA for your package?

I asked this a little while ago. Of my knowledge, you do a pfa when/if you get selected and have only a certain amount of time to do it (1-2 weeks). It’s not apart of your package that you submit for a deadline.

That’s my two cents so take with a grain of salt lmao

I’m pretty sure ISPP applicants get priority over the traditional method. While it maybe be more difficult to submit a URL ISPP package I’m almost positive it is the better route.

I don't think the PA list an OAR so you should be good to go for URL ISPP from the info you have posted.
