I thought families stay at your current duty station while you are at ocs, so I would think PRD would be a bigger issue.

Are you sure they didn't confuse it with the SWO board? They told me the same thing but when I talked to another processor, they said it was still 23 Jan..

If thats the case why did some people get "tabled" that had higher ASTBs than ones the were prorec y?

Would I be right in assuming you are talking about the PFAR/FOFAR portions of the ASTB?

They probably just confused it with that one then... I'm not too worried about it.

Did they tell you when it cleared for board? I got notification that it was received but not anything about it being cleared for board... I did get cleared for medical though..

Can you provide insight on if enlisted AD personnel have to submit there packages a month before like the civilians? I am awaiting my CO signature only, and if I can get into the Nov board that would be awesome.

Since I get my degree about 9 days after im in my 90 day PRD window, do you think I would be able to send my degree when I get it if the board has not yet convened? I would have already sent my package in by that time so the degree would be coming in seperately.

So were you able to get an exception to policy for going over 29 ( assuming your active duty)? I would likely need to do that if the degree exception to policy doesnt work out.

FYI, if you go for UAVs you won't be able to put in an officer package, you have to complete a 4 year tour with them. That's why I'm not doing it.

Im pretty sure you have to buy lab kits, even my school has that for like chemistry and stuff.. I mean ABET gives it the good to go.

Nothing about calculus makes me laugh, but Ill give it a shot... btw ASU has an online BSEE that is ABET accredited.

I'll be there in about a week, I heard its hard. Integration techniques are a pain in the ass, right now im doing polar/parametric equations, not too bad.. This is my first and last time applying im gunna finish my BS by next year and go OCS for pilot if I don't get picked up.

Yea but they need more NFOs and Pilots according to NPC, so I was thinking maybe they'll select more than usual like they did a couple years ago. I thought OCS results were different at least for Pilot/NFO since they have rolling boards, so the timing of results varies more?

Does anybody know how many NFOs they're picking up this year? Do they put out quotas?

I am considering going LDO 6330 aviation maintenance and wanted to know the difference between 6330 and AMDO as far as career paths and progression. I know they are very similar, but the "job descriptions" are slightly different. I get the feeling that you can do more as AMDO than you can as...
