Advice on "Why I Want to be an Officer" Personal Statement

I was just looking for advice on how I should structure/format my "Why I Want to be an Officer" paper for my packet. I graduated with my degree in Biology last December and my experience is Physical Therapy/Veterinary Based (I also played college football) and was just wondering where I should even start in terms of writing that personal statement?

I want to go into Aviation for reference.
