Good morning all, just got notified I didnt get selected for this board.

I applied SWO and SWO only. Active duty as well with all outstanding evaluations. Really not sure what I could have done to make my package any better. I havent gotten a N yet, so here's to holding out hope!

To all AD, if you didn't hear anything from your Chain of command by this time, the results will be posted on BOL tomorrow. I emailed Mr. Paul this morning and that was his response. I know your commanding officer gets the result the day prior to it being posted on BOL. So if he/she didn't let you know, maybe you didn't make it or they just didn't pass the work. My Chain of command said they didn't received any email about my board. Do they send out email if you didn't get selected?

They can see in bol and the should get an email as well

What’s this BOL everyone keeps referring too? Did someone say that there was supposed to be a list of everyone’s results tomorrow and if so could they notify me of mine because I think my recruiter is only checking every few days.

For board purposes...Bol allows active duty personnel to see if they were selected or not. They cant see other applicant results

So I decided I'm gonna reapply with my master's in hand and, hopefully, a higher OAR score. Rewrite my personal statement to reflect that whole process.

I got a 49 on my OAR first try. I took it while working full time and in grad school, so I think I can get it significantly higher.

I wouldn't strictly count on this until you get orders. My husband just went through BDOC in SD and there were multiple cases of people heading to Norfolk afterward for their ship. It tends to be a weird mix, sadly the military isn't that efficient lol

Lol. I absolutely agree. We will know when it’s time. I just really hate being in limbo.

Didnt get picked up for SNA/SUPPO. My recruiter said he had those results but didn’t have SWO yet. Said he would call me back if he can see the results in the system...

My recruiter said I can’t submit for another 6 months and that if I wanted to I would have to start a masters program to up my gpa... any advice? She is now taking about going enlisted

To resubmit without waiting 6 months you need significant change with your package. My recruiter told me a re test is a significant change. He also said job promotion, or more volunteering is enough change as well. Also better LORs
