SWO Board June 3, 2019

So before this board was pushed back, my recruiter was on the phone with HQ about this added SWO board (to gather intel), and I have written down that the OCS ship date was going to be July 7th.

Hearing you guys talk about OCS dates, I feel like we aren't going anytime soon.

All my recruiter has told me is to stay posted until he contacts me... If you guys can shed some knowledge about what to expect next, that would be appreciated.
My OR said it would take about a month to get my FINSEL letter and that would have the OCS date on it. He said earliest would be late August/early September OCS most likely. Not sure if this is accurate, just what I was told.

random question. Do all officer recruiters receive a full list of who was selected or do they just get the name of their recruits?

Does anyone else have that "ALTERNATE SELECTEE" verbiage at the end of the paragraph? My command didnt mention anything about alternate in the email they got. Is this just me reading it wrong?

Don't worry about what is written at the top. It's there to help you understand your results. The part that's important is the status, which in your case it's a Y--meaning you get professionally recommended.

Well it does a pretty shitty job of helping me understand with all those random numbers and characters in it. Hah!

True! I learned the hard way last year when I was not selected for AMDO. But hey, everything happens for a reason because seeing that Y on BOL today made all the difference.
