Best PC game for preparing for the PBM test? I have a X52 HOTAS throttle and joystick.

You either got it or your don’t. Before you take the actual test/section they give you a crash course.
This is true, however, you can improve you hand eye coordination by downloading a mouse-to-joystick mapper such as JoytoKey and inverting the Y-axis. Get a free tracker game such as AimLab on steam and play around there. Throw in some dichotic listening to challenge you even more. Even watch videos and track things in that video.
Get creative in the way you train. Train often and you won't get flustered - it's not difficult if you've seen something similar to it before.

Go to an arcade and try to find one of those XWing games. Same idea.
