Only the fucktards running PERS could take a group (1317) that had a 12% AZ rate and a 21% IZ rate and claim the overall selection rate was 50%.

Every year they just look like stupid assholes who don’t understand percentages when they try to polish that turd.

Yeah. I know the ‘reason’ it’s 51% but I’d love to hear someone from PERS explain it, and actually keep a straight face.
 
We had a guy in my unit make it on his 10th look. And yes, you read that right the first time.
